Editorial Policy

A standard everything we publish is measured against

At Science Pulse, editorial integrity is not a department, it's the standard everything we publish is measured against.

Our Editorial Standards

Every article on Science Pulse is developed through a structured process designed to prioritize accuracy over speed. Content is researched using credible medical literature, peer-reviewed studies, recognized health authorities, and established clinical guidelines. Claims involving diagnosis, treatment, medication, or health outcomes are cross-checked against multiple credible sources before publication.

We do not publish speculative or unverified health claims. If the evidence on a topic is mixed or evolving, we say so, rather than presenting uncertainty as settled fact.

How Our Content Is Reviewed

Articles pass through a review process before they go live, checking for factual accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current medical understanding. Health information changes as research advances, and our content is expected to change with it. When new evidence meaningfully updates a topic we've covered, we revisit and revise the relevant content.

Corrections

We take accuracy seriously, and when we get something wrong, we fix it. Substantive corrections are noted directly on the affected article along with the date of the update. Minor issues, such as typographical errors, are corrected without a separate notice. Readers who spot a potential inaccuracy are encouraged to contact us using the details on our Contact page.

Editorial Independence

Our editorial decisions, what we cover, how we cover it, and what we conclude, are made independently of advertisers, sponsors, and any commercial or third-party interest. Advertising helps support Science Pulse, but it has no influence over our content. Any sponsored or promotional material appearing on the Site is clearly labeled as such and is developed separately from our editorial process.

Sourcing

We rely on primary and authoritative sources wherever possible, including peer-reviewed research, clinical guidelines, and recognized public health organizations. Where we reference statistics, studies, or expert findings, we aim to link to or cite the original source so readers can explore further.

A Standard We Hold Ourselves To

Science Pulse exists because people deserve health information they can trust. This Editorial Policy is our commitment to that standard, and we hold ourselves accountable to it with every article we publish.
